The works also comprised of the construction of a new stairwell access to the rear of the building to access the upper floors where we completed an extensive renovation and fitout of apartments to an extremely high standard.
The works involved significant demolition which incorporated shoring, pinning, structural steel supports and extensive structural repairs to restore the building to a safe and suitable standard. This project also included the installation of state of the art electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)system. External repairs were undertaken while working on an extremely busy junction in the centre of town with minimal disruption to the general public and neighbouring properties.
